As our name suggests, at HYPER EXTENSION we go beyond the norm in terms of providing our customers with an all round service of product, price, design, logistics, quality and after sales service. We have a great blend of both western and eastern influences which give us the right balance of western themes and ideals with eastern ambition and man power.

Our company specializes in both the proprietary manufacture and custom sourcing of bicycles, sporting goods and toys. With over 15 years of experience of working in China we know what it takes to get your goods to port in the condition you expect them to arrive. We pride ourselves on building strong, long term relationships with both our customers, licensors and manufacturing partners. Product is our passion and we are constantly designing and sourcing new and innovative product concepts.

Product and Graphic Design

We have an experienced graphic team with great product and design know how. Our team is well versed in the demanding requirements of the major licensors like Disney, Hasbro, Hit, etc... We know the attention to detail needed to create approved licensed products as well as maintaining the integrity and product positioning of our own or our customers brands. In today’s market place if the appearance is not right, nothing is right.

We also have an experienced product team working hand in hand with our creative department and our manufacturing partners to make sure the end product comes out the way you want it. We understand the difficulties in working in a country which although is a manufacturing giant, can lack the cultural and communication aspects of manufacturing for the western world. It is critical to be able to control these factors which our team has the track record to do.

Merchandisers and Inspectors Above everything else, quality is the number one concern from those who are importing from China. We are fully aware of those fears and we go over and above a simple final inspection check to ensure your goods are made to your requirements. Our team of merchandisers and inspectors work closely with our manufacturers in every part of the manufacturing process to limit the potential for problems before getting to the final hurdle. We have developed our own inspection criteria incorporating all the relevant global standards, we work closely with external testing labs, SGS and ITS, often not just pre-production testing but also external production testing as well. We also have a great understanding of our customers ethical concerns in working in china and again work closely with our manufacturers to ensure they work within the ethical boundaries' of the Chinese government.
